Cristiana Paul is a product development consultant for Designs for Health. Cristiana is relied upon for her contributions to the design and continuous improvement of Designs for Health nutritional supplements, Sitomedica medical foods and support for clinical questions. She provides extensive research reviews for nutritional supplement tech sheets and scientific dossiers for medical foods.

Cristiana Paul holds a Masters in Nutrition Science from Cal Poly Pomona, California and has extensive experience in clinical practice and reviewing nutrition research. She has been a contributor to the formulation of nutritional supplements and integrative medicine protocols for Designs For Health for 20 years.

She initiated and promoted paradigm shifts in the field of nutrition in regards to inositols for insulin resistance, unique role of collagen protein in human nutrition, balanced approach to reducing inflammation, form related effects of vit E, vit K, vitamin B12 and fish oils in peer reviewed articles and contributions to the 2012 edition of Textbook of Natural Medicine (edited by Joseph Pizzorno and Michael Murray).

She has lectured for healthcare practitioner seminars in US and internationally on various topics related to integrating nutritional interventions with medicine.
